Community Choice has a successful history of securing and administering outside grant resources to serve our communities in partnership with our healthcare partners and consortium members.
Since 2000, close to 5 million dollars in state and federal grants and contracts have been generated and leveraged with over 2 million in local investments. Areas of greatest impact by these investments have been increasing access to quality care and great advances in introducing health information technology in the delivery of healthcare by our healthcare consortium members.
We are very proud of the individual and collective leadership of the administrators and CEOs of our member hospitals, clinics and public health districts. |
