As a sponsor of the Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisors (SHIBA) program, funded by the state's Office of the Insurance Commissioner, Community Choice and our communities are blesed to have a great number of dedicated SHIBA Volunteers providing reliable, unbiased information on Medicare, Medicaid, prescription and other benefits.

Join our team of volunteers!!
Over 20 vounteers serve communities in Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, Grant and Adams counties. Volunteers received regular training on healthcare benefits and each volunteer has the option to select what areas of volunteer service to specialize in and serve their communities.
