Meet Our Employees
Executive Director | Deb.Miller@cc-ahp.comDeb grew up in Oregon and has lived in the Wenatchee Valley for over 14 years. She graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with minors in Health Studies and Business. Prior to Action Health Partners (AHP), she worked in ancillary health services and public health contract services. Deb joined the AHP team in 2014 and was appointed Executive Director in 2016. When she isn’t working to improve the health of her community, she enjoys cooking, self-improvement, swimming, biking and being outdoors.

Care Coordination Clinical Network Director | Kayelee.Miller@cc-ahp.comKayelee has lived in 23 different places by the time she graduated from high school and now calls Washington her home. She is a Registered Nurse, has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is working towards her Master’s degree in Nursing. Kayelee has been a nurse for over 28 years working in many areas of nursing (e.g. OB, Medical Surgery, ED, etc.) in many roles (e.g. HIPAA officer, charge nurse, case manager, etc.) and in many agencies across North Central Washington and throughout Washington State. In her spare time, Kayelee enjoys spending time with her family and cat as well as traveling, going to escape rooms, doing outdoor activities with friends and family and arts and crafts.

She graduated from Eastern Washington University with her Master of Public Health, Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Human Resources, and Bachelor of Arts in Health Service Administration. Outside of work, Kami enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Care Coordination Network Program Support | Jolene.Mendoza@cc-ahp.comJolene is from Coalinga, California. She graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Psychology. She has been a case manager and care coordinator before working in AHP’s Care Coordination Network. In her free time, Jolene enjoys hiking and scrapbooking.

Care Coordination Network Program Support | Sam.Swangwan@cc-ahp.comSam grew up in Wenatchee. She has an Associate's degree in General Studies as well as in Graphic Design both from Wenatchee Valley College. Sam has been a freelance graphic designer and photographer for over 10 years, an assistant manager at Element Salon and Spa for over 9 years and has experience in food and retail. Sam enjoys hiking and working out, photography, traveling and graphic design.

SHIBA Program Coordinator/Office & HR Manager | Yuriko.Robles@cc-ahp.comYuriko is from Brewster, Washington. She has her Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Business and is currently working towards her BA in Business/Human Resources. When not working or studying, Yuriko enjoys being outdoors, going on hikes and most of all spending time with her family.

Health Education Network Program Coordinator | Kaitlin.Quirk@cc-ahp.comKaitlin is from Minnesota and grew up in Ellensburg, Washington. She received her BS in Nutrition and Food Science with a specialty in Community Health Education from Central Washington University (CWU). Kaitlin has her Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Health Care Management from Grand Canyon University. Before working at AHP, she was a CWU GEAR UP student employee. Kaitlin enjoys playing and watching volleyball and other sports, working out and listening to music.

Network Support Services Program Coordinator | Kelsey.Gust@cc-ahp.comKelsey grew up in West Seattle. She has a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a specialization in Community Health. Kelsey previously worked as the Office Manager at her family’s business and was a Site Coordinator for afterschool tutoring for Elementary School-Aged students, before joining the AHP team in 2018. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys cooking, exercising, and being outdoors with family and friends.

Network Support Services Program Coordinator | Paige.Bartholomew@cc-ahp.comPaige is from Thousand Oaks, California and has been in Wenatchee since 2016. She graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science with a special interest in public health. Prior to AHP, Paige worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in their Public Health Associate Program (PHAP) where she was placed at the Chelan-Douglas Health District. In her free time, Paige enjoys hiking and exploring around the Wenatchee Valley and North Central Washington.

Health Home Care Coordinator Clinical Manager | Elaine.Bandy@cc-ahp.comElaine is originally from Minnesota and has spent many years in New Mexico, Colorado, Florida and now Washington State. She is a Registered Nurse with a BS degree in Social Work. She has worked in various settings like hospitals, long term care, clinics, psychiatric facilities, and shelter homes as a nurse. She has also worked in social services. When not working, Elaine enjoys camping, boating, fishing, knitting and spending time with her dogs.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Adriana.Barcena@cc-ahp.comAdriana is from San Diego, California. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has worked a multitude of jobs from working with at-risk youth with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department to four years of working as an Employment Specialist and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist for individuals with co-occurring behavioral health disorders. In her spare time, Adriana enjoys hiking, listening to music and podcasts and playing with her dog.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Alexis.Rodriguez@cc-ahp.comAlexis is from the Wenatchee area. He has a dual Bachelor’s degree in Biology and American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington. Before AHP, he was an Americorps Program Coordinator and a volunteer at Columbia Valley Community Health. Alexis enjoys hiking, fishing, playing soccer and spending time with family.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Bill.Murray@cc-ahp.comBill was born in Illinois, raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in Wenatchee for the past 30 years. He is a Licensed and Board-Certified Counselor and received his BS from the Ohio State University and Master's degree from the University of Maryland. Bill has worked in a broad range of human service fields including mental health, developmental disabilities, geriatrics and substance use disorders. He is involved in local services clubs like Rotary, the ONE campaign and other local non-profit organizations. When not working or volunteering in the community, Bill enjoys reading, gardening and fishing.

Health Home Care Coordinator/Health Education Network | Darcee.Anderson@cc-ahp.com
Darcee is a Health Home Care Coordinator who, along with her clients, works toward improved health and quality of life through shared action, advocacy and creative problem-solving. In close relationship to the Health Home program, Darcee spends time working with the Health Education Network staff in developing innovative community partnerships to address chronic disease self-management. Darcee has over twenty years’ experience in public health with additional and varied non-profit work in serving the public. Darcee holds a BSW and a M.Ed and has a never-ending interest in learning new things.

Gladys is from Ecuador, South America. She went to University in Ecuador and has experience working as a Medical Assistant, Prenatal Case Manager and family advocate. Outside of work, Gladys enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and music.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Irene.Sanchez@cc-ahp.comIrene grew up in the Wenatchee Valley. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Washington University and is currently completing a MSW program through the University of Denver. Before coming to AHP, she worked with preschool-age children and worked as a case manager at a crisis/stabilization unit. When not working or studying, Irene enjoys playing guitar/bass guitar and being involved in her community and church community.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Jeff.Radford@cc-ahp.comJeff is from Mexico City and has been a Washington State resident since 1978. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Education, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and is a Registered Nurse. He has worked as a National Park Ranger and a high-altitude mountaineering guide and instructor. As a Registered Nurse, he has primarily worked in Emergency Departments and Medical/Surgical units. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys hiking, skiing, sea kayaking, scuba diving, traveling, cooking, reading and photography.

Laurie grew up in Oregon, lived in Snohomish County, Washington for 33 years and moved to Eastern Washington in 2014. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. Laurie has worked a multitude of jobs from Home Coordinator with Volunteers of America DDA Supportive Living program to Care Coordinator with WACare Health Homes to Activity Directory with Callaway Gardens Dementia Assisted Living to Case Manager with ALTC. In her free time, Laurie enjoys nature hikes, craft projects and her three wonderful grandchildren.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Maribel.Godinez@cc-ahp.comMaribel is from the Wenatchee area. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Children’s Studies, minors in Spanish, Psychology and Sociology. Outside of work, Maribel enjoys hiking and being outside.

Midge is from East Wenatchee. She graduated from nursing school in Spokane in 1974 and has been in the nursing field for the past 46 years. When not working, Midge enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and antiquing.

Health Home Care Coordinator | Vicki.Seabrook@cc-ahp.comVicki is from the Wenatchee area. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Sociology. She has been a case manager for the Copes program at Area Agency on Aging and has six plus years as a care coordinator in the Health Home program. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, crocheting, gardening and spending time with her family.

Barry was born in Virginia, raised in Central Pennsylvania, and moved to Wenatchee 10 years ago. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Penn State University. Barry has worked in the Healthcare industry at Confluence Health and Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. Barry enjoys hiking and the outdoors as well as physical fitness and training his German Shepherd.
